Firenze in Ritterhude

At the moment you can unfortunately only get your food out, but it tastes really delicious and the service is really warm. I look forward to eating there again when it is possible to visit restaurants again.

Even in the pandemic, you will be supplied by Firenze, which is great. Of course, the food doesn't taste the same at home as it does in a restaurant. Unfortunately, the orders are sometimes issued incorrectly. Ordered margherita pizza with feta and pepperoni, noticed at home that there was nothing on the margherita. The waiting times vary from ten minutes to three quarters of an hour. But they have kept the friendliness.

So we waited about 1 hour from Essen and it only came when we asked again. The ouzo on ice that we ordered was unfortunately watered down when it arrived. The staff was nice and friendly.

Popular restaurant with Italian and Greek cuisine. Although not reserved, we were kindly assigned a table in the full restaurant. The kitchen is considered good and that was partly the case. I have to critically note that the coleslaw contained far too much vinegar and that my Giros was clearly over-seasoned (too much salt). My neighbors were happy with their food. The liver in particular was praised.

Very tasty food at great prices. You only have to reserve a table so that you can eat on site. And best of all 1-2 days beforehand. We had pizza and a gyro plate. Both were very, very tasty.

Nice with drawbacks .. The rump steak was delicious, but not quite medium rare and the grilled fish took almost 1 hour to cook (well - we didn't have to pay for it at the end). The heating was switched off in the winter garden from 9 p.m. But the staff gets 5 stars! Super friendly!
